Linger Denver

Linger is a LoHi restaurant with a street food menu inspired by makeshift kitchens and streetside nooks around the world. The building is a former mortuary overlooking the Lower Highland neighborhood, and a rooftop patio uses a repurposed food truck as its kitchen and a vintage RV as its bar. Brunch, happy hour and dinner are on the schedule.

Linger is part of Edible Beats, an employee-owned Denver restaurant group. It offers takeout, delivery and online ordering, accepts reservations, and handles catering and private events for larger parties. The group describes its sourcing as vegetable-forward, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available for events.
