Falafel King

Falafel King is a Mediterranean cafe at 825 Colorado Blvd in Denver. The brand was founded in 1980 and began with a flagship on Boulder's Pearl Street Mall, and this Denver location is one of its restaurants. The kitchen focuses on falafel, gyros, shawarma, hummus, tabouli, baba gannoush, dolmas, Greek salad and baklava, and it says it uses fresh ingredients.

Catering is available for office meetings, parties and family gatherings, as a buffet or sit-down meal, with meat and vegetarian main courses and desserts. Its products are also sold in grocery and health food stores along the Front Range.
