Blue Pan Pizza is a Detroit-style pizzeria brand that began in Denver's West Highlands in 2015 and now runs several restaurants along with a food truck and stands at Empower Field at Mile High. It makes four pizza styles, Detroit, New York, tavern and gluten-free, and says its dough rises for 72 hours and is made in-house daily.

It opened in 2017 as a 45-seat restaurant with German electric ovens and original artwork by local artist Scramble Campbell.
