Blue Pan Pizza started in 2015 with a Detroit-style pizzeria in Denver's West Highlands, founded by two friends who grew up near Detroit. Today the brand runs full-service restaurants in West Highlands, Congress Park and Golden, along with a food truck that travels around the Denver area.
