Cosmo’s Pizza

Cosmo's Pizza is a pizza shop with several locations across Boulder, Denver, Lafayette, Fort Collins and Broomfield, and this location is at 3920 Federal Blvd in North Denver. The company describes its pizzas as hand-crafted on a deck oven, with dough made in the shop each day and cheese and vegetables prepped daily.

The menu includes specialty pizzas such as Cosmo's Classic with fresh tomato, basil and garlic, the Hawaiian, the Greek Veggie, BBQ Chicken, and the Maverick with pepperoni, bacon, cream cheese and jalapeños. There are also build-your-own pizzas, calzones, salads, breadsticks and house-made spicy ranch. A gluten-free crust is offered on 16-inch specialty pizzas, though the shop notes gluten is present in its kitchen. The company also highlights its own delivery drivers.
