Cosmo’s Pizza

Cosmo's Pizza is a pizza shop with locations across Boulder, Denver, Lafayette, Fort Collins and Broomfield. The downtown Denver location is at 550 N Grant St. The restaurant describes its pizzas as hand-crafted deck oven pies, with cheese shredded and vegetables chopped daily and dough made in the shop each day.

The menu includes specialty pizzas such as the Cosmos Classic with fresh tomato, basil and garlic, a Greek Veggie, BBQ Chicken and the Samoan with ham, bacon and pineapple. You can also build your own pizza, or choose calzones, salads, breadsticks with dipping sauces and desserts. A gluten-free crust is available on 16-inch specialty pizzas, though the shop notes gluten is present in its kitchen. Online ordering and phone ordering are offered.
