Redeemer Pizza

Redeemer Pizza is a pizza spot at 2705 Larimer St in Denver, from the chefs behind sister restaurant Dio Mio. The kitchen makes naturally-leavened sourdough from a high-hydration dough that ferments for at least 72 hours, and the owners call the result "New York 2.0." The menu includes whole pies, slices and hoagies, made with US-milled flour and a focus on Colorado meats and local vegetables.

It works for a sit-down meal or a quick stop. There is a dining room, a slice window for counter-service lunch, and a back patio with counter service for pies and drinks. The bar pours natural and biodynamic wines, cocktails and beer. Takeout, delivery, online ordering and catering are available, and private events can be arranged by contacting the restaurant. Reservations are not accepted.
