Hey Kiddo

Hey Kiddo is a restaurant on the third floor at 4337 Tennyson St. in Denver, open Tuesday through Sunday from 5pm to close. The restaurant describes itself as a True American restaurant drawing on many traditions and techniques, with in-house fermentation, local grain and a zero-waste kitchen approach. The dinner menu has shareable plates such as fried chicken with a dry rub, pork belly bo ssam and wagyu beef galbi, along with raw oysters, caviar and red miso ice cream. Drinks include cocktails, wine, beer, cider, sake, soju and a long spirits list.

Reservations are accepted through OpenTable, and the bar and part of the floor stay walk-in only. Online ordering is available. Parties of seven or more can book by phone with a food and beverage minimum, and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if you tell your server. The space also includes Ok Yeah, a 21-and-up room open Friday and Saturday, and a rooftop that serves the full dining menu with a focused beverage selection. Street parking is available nearby.
