Description
Sera's Ramen Enclave is a ramen restaurant at 3472 W 32nd Ave in Denver, Colorado, founded by Sera Nguyen. In a 2016 interview with Eater, she described the restaurant as an expression of her family's cooking, shaped by her mother's small food shack in Vietnam and by her own travels through Asia.
Nguyen chose noodles, and ramen in particular, because she sees it as a symbol of harmony in flavors across Asia, from Japan to the island of Phu Quoc in Vietnam. She notes the wide range of garnishes and broth seasonings, with each bowl carrying its own history.
