Saved by the Wine- Restaurant & Bar

Saved by the Wine is a women-owned wine bar and restaurant on West Anemone Trail in Dillon, Colorado. The menu centers on charcuterie, cheese fondue, truffle gnocchi, cacio e pepe pizza and other elevated comfort food, with housemade desserts. Drinks include wine on tap, a global wine list, cocktails, whiskey and wine flights, and non-alcoholic mocktails.

The bar was founded in Summit County in 2020 and donates 2.5% of its net profits to animal nonprofits. Walk-ins are welcome and reservations are accepted. The patio is dog-friendly, and there is a kids menu. The space also hosts private events, catering and a weekly trivia night.
