T’s Smokehouse & Grill

T's Smokehouse & Grill serves hickory smoked barbecue alongside Southern, Creole and Cajun dishes. The restaurant was started in Durango in 2010 by Chris and Sherrie Martin and Tom Hamilton, two of whom are chefs from New Orleans. Its website describes a menu built around food they missed from home, plus Louisiana and Colorado artwork and a large selection of Abita beer.

The restaurant's website says it has since moved to Silverton, Colorado, where it runs seasonally with a large dog-friendly outdoor dining area. Catering is available for events, with barbecue packages and Creole and Cajun options such as jambalaya, etouffee and gumbo.
