College Cafe is a breakfast and lunch spot at 128 E 9th St in Durango, run by working owners Aaron Seitz and Leah Evers since 2011. The menu leans Southwestern, with breakfast burritos smothered in green or red chili, stacked huevos made with chorizo from Sunnyside Meats in Durango, eggs Benedict, and homemade biscuits with sausage gravy. Pancakes come plain, blueberry or gluten free, and the coffee is roasted locally by Desert Sun.
