Amaza Bread is the bakery side of Color Coffee, a cafe and roastery at 717 Sylvan Lake Rd in Eagle, Colorado. It grew out of the roastery in 2020, with a focus on organic ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
The menu features naturally leavened sourdough made with freshly milled Colorado-grown heirloom grains, organic bread flour, water, and salt. The cafe also pours coffee roasted in-house and carries natural wine and craft beer. Online ordering is available, and the cafe has hosted pizza nights, live music, and pop-up dinners.
