Description
Nozawa Sushi & Teppanyaki is a Japanese and Asian restaurant at 225 Broadway in Eagle, Colorado. It has served Eagle County since 2002 and settled into its current Chapel Square location in 2012. The restaurant is split into two sides: an Asian Kitchen and sushi side, and a teppanyaki side with five hibachi grills, added in 2018 along with a full-service bar. Sushi is served on both sides.
The menus cover nigiri, sashimi and specialty rolls, hibachi entrees with steak, seafood and chicken, plus appetizers, soups, salads and bento lunches. Hibachi chefs cook at the table, and larger groups can be served family-style on the sushi side. Reservations are recommended for parties of two or more, especially for hibachi and during the holidays. Delivery is available.
