Description
Barquentine Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery and taproom at 5505 W 20th Ave Ste 178 in Edgewater, just west of Sloan's Lake. The brewery takes its inspiration from Belgian beer traditions and from the sailing ships called barquentines that carried provisions to Old World brewers.
Beers are brewed in small batches on a 15-barrel, two-vessel system, with recipes drawn from tradition and adapted for Colorado beer drinkers.
