Juniper Restaurant

Juniper Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant at 97 Main St. in Edwards, Colorado, in the Riverwalk area along the Eagle River and minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. It opened in 2002 and describes its cooking as contemporary, seasonal American cuisine made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients.
