Empire’s Edge Cafe

Empire's Edge Cafe is an employee-owned cafe at 420 E Park Ave in Empire, Colorado, serving coffee, smoothies and an American-Mexican inspired menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The espresso menu comes with flavor and alternative milk options, and teas, hot chocolate and a rotating selection of baked goods round out the drinks and sweets.

Breakfast burritos, which can be smothered in house-made green chili, are served all day, and the kitchen also makes a chicken pesto panini and a pastrami Reuben. Tuesdays feature rotating tacos. Guests can eat in by a fireplace, sit outside, order online or pick up, and arrange catering for larger groups.
