Description
Echo Brewing and Pizzeria is a craft brewery and pizza restaurant at 600 Briggs St in Erie, Colorado. It opened in August 2014 in a former fire station in historic downtown Erie, and the owners describe it as a gathering place for the local community and for families.
The taps rotate through the year and include a Firefly IPA, Steelhead Pilsner, Sockeye Red, Campfire Kölsch and barrel-aged fruit beers. Guest brewery taps, cider, wine and select mixed drinks round out the drink list. The menu covers appetizers, salads, pizzas, a kids' section and dessert, and online ordering is available.
