Description
Cinnamon's Bakery is a cinnamon roll bakery at 920 W Elkhorn Ave in Estes Park, opened in 2016. The rolls and muffins are baked fresh each day, with classic, salted caramel, raisin, pecan sticky bun, lemon and orange varieties among the sweet options. The bakery also lists gluten sensitive rolls and muffins.
Since 2019 it has been owned and operated by classically trained chef Brian Goddard, who took over from the original owners, Bob and Carol Fixter. Takeout and catering are available, with catering planned around each event. A second location operates in Loveland.
