Rock Cut Brewing Company

Rock Cut Brewing Company is an independently owned craft brewery and taproom at 390 W Riverside Drive in Estes Park, near the base of Prospect Mountain and a short walk from Main Street. It was founded in 2015 by two college friends and brews on a seven barrel system, with twelve taps pouring styles that include a German-style Pilsner, a Hazy IPA, a Black IPA, an amber lager and barrel-aged ales. Some of its beers have won GABF medals.

Guests can sit in the family-friendly taproom or on the patio, which has a covered pergola and welcomes leashed dogs. A food truck is often on site, and outside food is allowed. Crowlers and specialty bottles are available to go, and the taproom hosts trivia on Tuesday evenings. Seating is first come, first served, so larger groups should call ahead.
