Description
Bivouac Coffee is a coffee roastery and tasting room at 1552 Bergen Pkwy in Evergreen, Colorado. Founded in 2017, it roasts only naturally processed coffees, a method the company says uses less water and produces less waste than washed coffee. The tasting room connects to 14 miles of trails for running, hiking and mountain biking.
Beans are sold online as blends and single origins, including a medium roast blend, a dark roast blend and origins such as Costa Rica and Ethiopia. Baristas can offer brewing tips in person, and the roastery says it hosts private events and sells bulk bags.
