Muddy Buck Coffee House is a locally owned coffee cafe in the historic Evergreen Hotel building in downtown Evergreen, Colorado. The cafe roasts its own beans by hand and serves espresso drinks, drip and cold brew coffee, house-made chai, and fresh juices alongside a menu of breakfast bites, avocado toast, sandwiches and salads.
The building dates to 1896 and began as the town's ice house; the original ice storage unit is still used as a cooler, and charring from past fires remains visible on the wood beams and rock walls. There is also a small bar with wine, craft beer and cocktails. Breakfast and takeout are available.
