Description
Highside Brewing is a brewery and BBQ spot with three Colorado locations: Frisco, Breckenridge and Fairplay. The Fairplay taproom is at 411 US-285 and pours beers brewed on site, from hoppy to sour to dark. The restaurant also carries gluten-free beers from Holidaily Brewing Company.
The kitchen smokes its meats in house, with brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wild game sausage and smoked salmon, plus sandwiches, salads, chili, a kids' menu and all-day breakfast burritos. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome inside and out. Takeout, catering and growler, crowler and bomber fills are available, and the taproom hosts live music and private events.
