Raska International Cuisine and Sauce

Raska International Cuisine and Sauce is a family-owned restaurant at 128 W Laurel St in Fort Collins, serving Afro and Ethiopian fusion cooking with dishes inspired by West Africa and the Caribbean. Owner and chef Hanna Selassie founded the Raska sauce in 2003, and the restaurant has been open since 2008. Many dishes build on that tomato-based Ethiopian sauce, and the kitchen cooks with local sunflower oil and farm-fresh ingredients when possible.

Guests can dine in or order takeout, and parties of two or more entrées can ask for family-style service on a large shared plate. The menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and the restaurant also offers catering. Kombucha brewed in-house is served on tap, and reservations are taken for parties of four or more.
