Description
Ye's Poke Station is a counter-service spot at 306 W Laurel St in Fort Collins, close to the Colorado State University campus and a few blocks from downtown. The menu centers on build-your-own poke bowls, where guests pick a rice or salad base, a protein and toppings. Ramen, fried rice, salt and pepper popcorn chicken and crispy honey chicken bowls round out the food.
The drink list includes boba and milk teas, flavored jasmine and green teas, slushes and fruit sodas. The restaurant opened in 2017 as a family project and is now run by Jason, a member of the Ye family. Dine-in, outdoor seating, takeout, delivery and online ordering are all available, along with vegetarian options.
