Description
Nuance Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker with an Old Town cafe at 214 Pine St in Fort Collins. The business began in 2014 and makes its single-origin chocolate in a small factory a few blocks from the cafe, buying beans directly from independent family farms. Tyler and Megan Ryan now own it.
