The Pig and the Plow

The Pig and the Plow is an organic farmstead bakery at 140 Boardwalk Drive in Fort Collins. The shop turns out naturally leavened sourdough breads each day, along with rustic pastries and a few breakfast and lunch items, including soup and savory tarts. Much of the baking uses heirloom grains milled in Colorado and ingredients from regional farms.

There is a sizable selection of gluten-free and vegan sweets alongside whole grain baked goods. The shop also stocks local eggs, milk, cheese and fresh-milled flour. Online ordering is for in-store pickup, and a seasonal catering menu is available.
