Description
C.B & Potts is a Fort Collins restaurant that dates back to 1974, when it first opened in Campus West. It later moved to Collindale Golf Course and is locally owned by CSU alum Kevin Sheesley. This location is at 195 East Foothills Parkway.
The menu centers on burgers, including a classic cheeseburger, a patty melt, a pork green chili burger and a Heinz 57 burger. It also offers shareables like nachos, wings and onion rings, plus house-brewed-style beer and cocktails and a kids menu. Guests can dine indoors, on the patio, or order carryout and curbside. A Hall of Fame Room seats about 60 for private events.
