Description
Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que on East Harmony Road in Fort Collins serves pit-smoked barbecue from a brand that opened its first restaurant in Hayward, Wisconsin, in 1994. The menu is organized around smokin' apps, ribs, feasts, combo plates, burgers and sandwiches, salads, and handmade desserts.
The brand says its pitmasters start hickory logs smoldering around 4 a.m. and hand-rub the meats with fresh spices before slow-cooking them. Catering is available, along with online ordering through the website and a rewards app. Check the website for the full menu.
