Sugar Beet Saloon

Sugar Beet Saloon is a casual western saloon in the Jessup Farm area of Fort Collins, set in a restored barn at 1921 Jessup Dr. The saloon draws on local history, including the region's sugar beet industry and the story of the Jessup family farm, and has a patio where well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome.

The drink list includes 16 taps plus bottles, cans, cocktails and mocktails. The food menu covers hot pretzels, paninis, charcuterie and cheese plates, and it changes frequently. Live music is scheduled at times, seating is first-come, first-served, and groups of six or more are asked to call ahead. Guests of all ages are welcome, and the space can be rented for private events.
