Description
William Oliver's Publick House is a whisky-focused pub at 2608 S Timberline Rd in Fort Collins, one of three Colorado locations under the same name. The pub carries more than 400 whiskies from around the world, while its beer, gin, rum, vodka, brandy, absinthe and tequila all come from Colorado producers.
The menu leans on thick-cut, hand-sliced applewood smoked bacon, including a pint-glass serving of bacon strips with maple syrup. Vegetarian and vegan options are offered, among them a vegetarian red-bean chili. Dogs on leash are welcome on the patio, and free WiFi makes it workable for a laptop session.
