Description
Back Porch Cafe is an American restaurant at 1101 E Lincoln Ave in Fort Collins, serving breakfast, lunch and brunch. The cafe bakes its own sourdough, wheat and rye loaves, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, pies and quiche in house, and smokes its own pork, chicken, prime rib and salmon.
The menu covers breakfast dishes like huevos rancheros, biscuits and gravy, and burritos made with a jalapeno-cheddar tortilla, plus omelets, wraps, burgers, sandwiches and salads. Pork green chili is made in house. The cafe started in 1997 as a small pie and coffee shop called Sweetie Pie, and its former outdoor deck is now the main dining room. Takeout and outdoor seating are available, and the cafe takes party bookings by phone.
