Intersect Brewing

Intersect Brewing is an independent, family-owned craft brewery and taproom at 2160 W Drake Rd in Fort Collins, Colorado. The owners, who moved to Colorado in 2007, opened it in 2016. Beers are available in 32-ounce crowlers and 16-ounce four-packs to take home, and the drink menu also includes wine, ciders, hard seltzers, hard kombucha and non-alcoholic options. The taproom has a food menu, and takeout and catering are offered.

There is a large beergarden alongside the taproom, and the brewery can be rented for private parties, business outings and other events. Guests can pre-order food from the menu, bring their own catering or hire a food truck. Intersect Records, inside the taproom, stocks new and used vinyl. Leashed dogs and well-behaved children are welcome under the brewery's posted rules.
