The Neighbor is a cafe, bar and event space at 144 S Mason St in downtown Fort Collins. The morning side centers on Color Coffee, with lattes, matcha, chai, pastries and breakfast burritos, and the bar side pours craft cocktails, local and regional drafts and wine.
