Description
Elevated Sandwiches is a locally owned sandwich shop at 1612 N College Ave in Fort Collins, open since 2017. The menu is built around regional craft sandwiches such as a Chicago-style beef, a Cubano, a Philly-style cheese steak, an Italian and a chicken or eggplant parmigiana, with white, wheat or gluten-free bread available. Sandwiches come with a choice of balsamic pasta salad, Greek quinoa salad or house truffle Parmesan chips.
The menu also includes composed salads, fried cheese curds, pierogies, a kids' menu and a selection of local craft beer and wine. A happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday afternoons with pierogies, loaded chips and flatbread pizzas. Dine-in, takeout, delivery and online ordering are available.
