Description
La Piadina serves piadinas, the Italian flatbread sandwiches from the Emilia-Romagna region, made with fresh, local ingredients. It began as a food truck in 2013 and opened a storefront at The Exchange on North College Avenue in Fort Collins in 2019. The owner grew up in Italy, and the menu leans on that background.
The menu includes meat piadinas such as L'Originale with prosciutto, stracchino and arugula, plus meatball and chicken pesto versions. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, along with a Caprese salad and a Nutella dessert piadina. The truck is available for catering, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and private events around Fort Collins.
