Description
El Diablo Mexican Restaurant is at 4619 S Mason St in Fort Collins. It began in 2019 as a food truck before becoming a sit-down restaurant, and the owners say the menu grew out of recipes they refined along the way.
The menu covers birria plates, quesabirrias, burritos, enchiladas smothered in red, green or mole sauce, chiles rellenos and combination plates, along with seafood such as ceviche, aguachile and oysters. Margaritas and other mixed drinks are on offer. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available, and the restaurant also hosts private dinners and events.
