Description
Cosmo's Pizza is a pizza shop with locations across Colorado, including this one at 1401 W Elizabeth St in Fort Collins. The restaurant describes its pizza as hand-crafted deck oven pizza, with dough made in the shop each day and cheese and vegetables prepped daily.
The menu includes specialty pizzas such as the Cosmo's Classic with fresh tomato, basil and garlic, the Greek Veggie, BBQ Chicken, and the Maverick with pepperoni, bacon, cream cheese and jalapeños. You can also build your own pizza, or choose calzones, salads, breadsticks and housemade spicy ranch. A gluten free crust is offered on 16-inch specialty pizzas, though the kitchen is not gluten free. Delivery is handled by the restaurant's own drivers, and the website has more details.
