Description
Aspen Grille is a full-service restaurant in the Lory Student Center at 1101 Center Ave Mall in Fort Collins, open to all members of the CSU community. It serves contemporary cuisine on weekdays and is staffed by student employees, working as a hands-on classroom for students in Hospitality and Event Management internships.
Breakfast ordering is available through Grub Hub on weekday mornings, and reservations are encouraged but not required. A sun-lit private dining room seats up to 12 for group luncheons, and the restaurant offers a small selection of beer, wine and spirits.
