Description
Charco Broiler is a family-owned steakhouse at 1716 E Mulberry St in Fort Collins. It opened in 1957 as a coffee shop and burger spot and is now run by the third generation of the McGarvey family. The kitchen hand-cuts its steaks in-house and grinds sirloin fresh for burgers served in quarter- and half-pound sizes.
The menu also covers chicken fried steak, salmon, lobster tails, chicken fingers, green chile stew and salads. Weekend breakfast is served Saturday and Sunday mornings. A full bar pours local beer, wine and cocktails, with a daily happy hour. Dine-in, takeout, delivery, online ordering and reservations are available, and the restaurant invites groups to call ahead for seating.
