JINYA Ramen Bar – Fort Collins

JINYA Ramen Bar is a ramen restaurant brand founded by Tomo Takahashi, who opened his first location in Tokyo in 2000 and later brought the concept to the United States. The brand describes its six signature broths as simmered for more than twenty hours and paired with handmade noodles. This location is at 3280 S College Ave, Suite 120, in Fort Collins.
