Description
White Tree is a Korean and Japanese restaurant on South Taft Hill Road in Fort Collins. The menu centers on bulgogi, thinly cut Korean beef served in several ways, including bibimbop, a rice bowl, a noodle dish and kimbop. A hot stone skillet version is available for dine-in only.
The kitchen also makes fresh rice rolls, mostly in uramaki style with the seaweed inside and rice outside, served with spicy mayo and sweet eel sauce. A drinks page explains a lineup of sake, from junmai to ginjo and daiginjo. Dine-in and online ordering are available.
