Description
DGT Tacos is a taco shop at 120 W Laurel St in Fort Collins, a short walk from the Colorado State University campus. The menu centers on street tacos, burritos and power bowls, with fillings that include carne asada, slow-roasted pork, Cajun chicken, fish and tofu. It also offers a monthly rotating taco, quesadilla chips, house-made hibiscus refresher and Mexican sodas.
The restaurant began in 2012 as a gourmet quick stop at a gas station in Basalt, Colorado, then moved to Fort Collins in 2013 and describes making nearly everything from scratch.
