Zheng Asian Bistro

Zheng Asian Bistro is a locally owned restaurant in the Glenwood Meadows Marketplace on Market Street in Glenwood Springs. It has served the Roaring Fork Valley since 2002, with a menu that mixes Chinese, Thai and sushi. Dishes are cooked to order in a wok, and the kitchen says it uses fresh vegetables and no MSG.

The restaurant keeps separate gluten-free and vegan menus, and cooks can add or leave out ingredients on request. Starters include crab rangoon, chicken potstickers and avocado summer rolls, and the drink list covers beer, wine, sake and cocktails. Seating is first come, first served, with a summer patio and parking on site. Takeout with curbside pickup is available, along with pickup catering that needs about 48 hours notice.
