Et Voilà ! French Bakery is a family-run bakery at 866 Lookout Mountain Rd in Golden, Colorado. The bakers use quality organic ingredients wherever possible and make their bread with the Respectus Panis method, which gives the dough time to ferment slowly and keeps salt low. The pastry side was shaped by the owner's training in France.
The menu includes baguettes, bâtards and olive bread, along with croissants, pain au chocolat, chouquettes, gougères, quiches and sablés. Espresso drinks are made with coffee from Laos and Ethiopia, and the tea comes from Mariage Frères. A bike rack is available, and only service animals are allowed inside.
