Description
Seasoned Swine BBQ is a family-owned barbecue restaurant at 15800 West Colfax Avenue in Golden, near I-70. Meats are smoked daily over cherry wood in Ole Hickory pits, including brisket, burnt ends, candied ribs, pulled pork, and smoked turkey. Sides are made from scratch, among them green chile mac, cherry-smoked beans, and smoked cornbread.
The owner, Jacob Viers, began with a food truck before opening the Golden restaurant. Guests can dine in, with two outdoor patios, or order takeout and delivery online. A full catering program covers weddings, corporate lunches, and large private events across the Denver area and Front Range. The Swine Club is a free rewards program.
