Croc Soup Company

Croc Soup Company is a soup and sandwich spot on West Colfax Avenue in Golden, started by a family and built around made-from-scratch cooking. The menu centers on rotating soups, with broccoli soup among the favorites, along with salads, sandwiches, wraps, specialty coffees and desserts. The restaurant also points to gluten-free, vegan and low-carb choices.

Orders can be placed online for pickup, and the shop offers catering with soup packages in medium or large pots, boxed lunches, salad bowls and breakfast platters, delivered with bowls, spoons and bread. The dining room is casual and minimalist, and daily specials change with seasonal soups and limited batches.
