Maverick’s Grille

Maverick's Grille is a burger restaurant at 15 E Agate Ave in Granby, Colorado, about 80 miles west of Denver in Grand County. The menu leans on burgers made with all-natural grass-fed beef from a Denver supplier, along with green chili, chicken fried steak, sirloin steak and a wild game meatloaf. Elk sausage shows up on one of the burgers and on a sub, and the restaurant pours Colorado craft beer, including one brewery located across the street.

The restaurant has operated since 2007 in an early 20th century warehouse that was once a lettuce shed and later an inn, saloon and roller rink. Guests can sit in two dining rooms, the bar or the lounge, or on the patio. Takeout and online ordering are available, and catering is offered on site and off site for groups of 10 to 100.
