Peach Distillery Palisade

Peach Distillery Palisade, which describes itself as Peach Street Distillers, is a craft distillery and tasting room on historic Kluge Avenue in Palisade, Colorado. It distills its spirits onsite from local grains and fruit, and the tasting room offers flights, cocktails and guided tours of the working distillery.

The kitchen is housed in a historic trolley and serves handmade pizzas, appetizers for sharing, salads and burgers, with locally sourced ingredients where possible.
