It is one location of a pancake house brand founded in Portland, Oregon in 1953, and the Denver-area restaurants are run by a third-generation owner.
The menu centers on oven-baked Dutch Baby and Apple pancakes, along with crepes, French toast, Belgian waffles, omelettes and benedicts. Heartier plates include corned beef hash and eggs, thick-cut bacon and eggs, and biscuits with homemade sausage gravy.
